Description
Temporary fencing provides an easy solution for coaches and cities to build a home run fence for ball containment, a clean/professional look and official distance markers for game play.
The fence comes in 5′ or 10′ pole increments, in ground or above ground options. The 5′ increment is more popular to prevent sag in the net and additional strength in windy areas.

Warranty
Grand Slam Fencing products are warranted completely against manufacturing defects. Such defects include, but are
not limited to, incorrect size or mis-weaves in fence fabric. Manufacturing defects would be apparent before use or
shortly after Grand Slam Fencing is put in use and must be delineated to manufacturer at that time. Digital pictures
showing defect are required. Manufacturing defect claims for Grand Slam Fencing products with extended use may
be denied.
Upon verification of defect, manufacturer will either replace cover, repair to customer’s satisfaction or issue full or
partial credit.
Manufacturer reserves the right to make the final judgment on the stated options.
Warranty applies under the conditions of normal use, but does not apply to problems resulting from unreasonable
use, mishandling, negligence or intentional damage.
ULTRA-VIOLET LIGHT BREAKDOWN
Grand Slam Fencing products are warranted to 2 years against fence fabric breakdown or pole degradation from the
ultra-violet (UV) sunlight. Warranty is pro-rated over two-year period. UV breakdown is evident through brittleness of
fencing or poles or greatly reduced strength.
Upon verification of defect, manufacturer, will either credit customer, repair cover to customer’s satisfaction, or replace.
Manufacturer reserves the right to make final judgment on the stated options.
Freight charges for replacement of cover are not included under warranty.
WIND DAMAGE
Damage due to wind force may be denied under warranty. It is the responsibility of the user to take down Grand
Slam Fencing during periods of high wind.
Report defects in writing to Kodiak Sports, LLC at sales@kodiaksports.com. Please include proof of purchase/sales order reference.
